About AHM-007

AHM-007 is an autonomous dual-arm robot built for real production floors — laser SLAM navigation maps your site in a single pass with no reflectors or floor marks, dual 7-DOF arms reach and hold to ±0.8 mm, and four steering wheels carry it forward, sideways and diagonal with a full 360° turn in place.

Applications

From concept videos to the factory floor

Assembly assist, machine tending, material handling and line-side inspection — AHM-007 is built for the stations where work actually happens. And unlike concept-stage humanoids still learning to balance on legs, it stands on a proven wheeled base: omnidirectional, stable, no stumbles — just consistent output, shift after shift.

Real Deployments

Assembly. Tending.
Handling.

One robot travels between stations, picks parts, feeds machines and carries totes — cutting fixed-automation cost and keeping the line flexible when products change.

FAQs

Some common questions and answers about the AHM-007

It pairs two 7-DOF arms with an omnidirectional mobile base, so it does not just move loads from A to B — it reaches, holds and works at the station itself.

Laser SLAM builds the map in a single pass — no reflectors, magnetic tape or floor marks. Drive it through the area once and it is ready to work, with no site modification.

Each arm has 7 degrees of freedom (excluding the gripper) with a 600 mm working radius, covering 770 to 1370 mm in height — a 600 mm lift stroke. The torso also tilts forward 0 to 60° to reach over obstacles.

5 kg on a single arm and 10 kg with both arms working together — enough for medium-weight components, tools and totes. The gripper is supplied as standard and can be customised to your part.

Navigation holds ±10 mm in position and ±1° in heading, and the arms position to ±0.8 mm — so it docks and places consistently, cycle after cycle.

The body is just 812 × 685 × 1160 mm and weighs 390 kg. Four steering wheels move it forward, sideways and diagonally, with a full 360° turn in place — at speeds up to 1.5 m/s.

It crosses 5% slopes, 5 mm steps and 30 mm gaps — built for real factory floors rather than perfectly flat ones. Rated IP20 for indoor industrial use, 0 °C to 50 °C at 10–90% RH.

A 48 V / 68 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack gives 4 hours of operation, and recharges from 10% to 80% in under 2 hours — manually or automatically. It is rated for 1500 cycles while retaining at least 80% capacity.

Laser LiDAR obstacle avoidance, a 360° contact bumper strip and an emergency stop button — three independent layers that protect the robot, nearby personnel and surrounding equipment.

Yes. USB 3.0, Ethernet and Wi-Fi with native ROS / ROS2 support connect it to your MES, WMS or SCADA. Cluster scheduling then shows the working status, battery level and location of every unit in one control system.
