556 mm ultra-low profile for low-clearance aisles

1000 kg 556 mm Laser SLAM

Overview

Rethinking Pallet Handling

By eliminating the bulky fork carriage, the FB series drives directly under pallets, lifts the load onto the deck, and transports it through aisles, under shelving, and into containers where taller machines can't operate.

Applications

Where It Works

From dense racking to production lines to container loading — the FB series handles it all.

Warehouse Transport

Autonomously moves pallets between racking, receiving, and shipping zones — even under shelving where conventional forklift AMRs can't fit.

Production Line Feeding

Compact E-type body and ±10 mm positioning deliver raw materials directly to assembly stations on schedule.

Container & Low-Clearance

With heights of 556–850 mm, the FB series drives directly into shipping containers and under low doorways — no manual transfer needed.

E-Type Design

No Carriage,
No Limits

Unlike conventional forklift AMRs that suspend loads from a raised carriage, the FB series uses a fork-extending latch mechanism: forks drive forward, lift the load, then retract — placing the pallet directly on the vehicle deck.

This eliminates carriage clearance entirely, achieving heights of 556–850 mm while maintaining full load stability. The FB series goes where traditional forklift AMRs physically cannot.

Safety System

360° LiDAR Safety
for Shared Spaces

Five LiDARs provide all-around awareness. One navigation LiDAR guides the robot; four corner-mounted safety LiDARs detect pedestrians, vehicles, and low obstacles in real time.

Multi-layer coverage enables safe zero-radius pivot turns in narrow aisles and dense racking — built for dynamic, human-robot shared workspaces.

Performance

Heavy Loads.
Tight Aisles.
Spot-On Precision.

1500 kg payload. ±10 mm navigation and fork positioning. 900 mm turning radius. Pivot-on-the-spot capability. Right-angle stacking aisle of only 2000 mm.

Consistent across 1000×1200, 800×1200, and 1000×1000 pallet sizes — increasing storage density without facility expansion.

Features

Built for Every Task

Low-Profile E-Type Body

Ultra-low height (556/850 mm) operates under shelving, in containers, and through low doorways.

Fork-Extending Latch

Forks drive forward, lift, retract — load sits on the deck, not hanging from a carriage.

Open & Closed Pallet Compatible

Handles both open (Chuan) and closed (Tian) pallets. Auto pallet recognition available.

Laser SLAM Navigation

No reflectors or magnetic tape. Real-time mapping for flexible deployment.

8-Hour Runtime + Fast Charge

LiFePO4 battery supports full-shift operation. FB-1500J adds quick-swap and 2000+ cycles.

Pallet Recognition & Fork Sensor

Auto-detects pallet type and position. Standard on FB-1500J, optional on FB-1000J.

3D Obstacle Avoidance

Five-LiDAR array + optional 3D avoidance for real-time collision prevention.

HMI & Fleet Connectivity

Onboard HMI display. Wi-Fi roaming for seamless fleet management integration.
