Moves sideways, diagonally, on the spot
Unlike conventional differential-drive forklifts, the FD-1000HV travels sideways, diagonally, and pivots on the spot. This omni-directional movement lets it align with conveyors at any angle, position pallets in tight rack bays for stacking, and transport loads through aisles where standard trucks need multiple point turns.
1580 × 790 mm, 1000 kg capacity
At 1580 mm long and 790 mm wide, the FD-1000HV carries a full 1000 kg rated load in a footprint comparable to smaller pallet trucks. It stacks up to 1600 mm without the size increase typical of mast-equipped forklifts, making it suited for transport and stacking in space-constrained warehouses.
Laser SLAM navigation, zero infrastructure
The FD-1000HV builds its own facility map with laser scanners and navigates without reflectors, magnetic strips, or floor markers. Routes update through the fleet management software in minutes, so changing a layout does not mean downtime or new hardware. Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity keep it linked to the control system.
1-hour charge, 6–8 hour runtime
The 48 V / 50 Ah battery delivers 6 to 8 hours of continuous operation per charge. Automatic charging brings the forklift back to its station between shifts without operator intervention, and a full recharge takes under 1 hour — one of the fastest in the 1000 kg stacking class.
