Moves in every direction your aisle allows
The FD-1500HQV drives straight, sideways, diagonally and rotates 360° in place, so it serves long-load aisles and high-density channels that a conventional reach truck cannot enter. Narrow aisles stop being a layout constraint and start working as usable storage space. Operators gain usable aisle space without rebuilding the warehouse.
3D Laser SLAM reads every rack level
3D laser SLAM builds its own map of the facility and keeps the truck positioned against it, recognising upper-level storage locations as it travels. Localisation stays stable where racks are densely stacked at height, so high-bay operations continue without reflectors, magnetic strips or floor markers.
Docks millimetre-accurate at every level
Real-time target recognition and docking place each pallet exactly where the rack expects it, even at full lift height and in dense racking. Millimetre-level placement protects goods, pallets and racking, keeps storage repeatable through long automated shifts, and avoids the cost of damaged loads, re-stacking or downtime.
Senses the warehouse, avoids the risk
Multiple sensors build a three-dimensional picture of the surroundings and act on what they find. Laser obstacle avoidance, mechanical anti-collision, fork tip detection and cargo in-place detection work together, so the truck manages obstacles, people and moving traffic safely in a busy warehouse, without slowing the workflow.
1500 kg from a compact chassis
Rated 1500 kg at a 600 mm load centre, the FD-1500HQV turns inside 1330 mm and reaches 510 mm forward. At 2355 × 1285 mm it works aisles, staging areas and rack faces that larger counterbalance or reach trucks cannot serve, without giving up lifting capacity.
Independent fork shift closes the loading gap
Fork outer width adjusts from 350 to 650 mm, and the forks shift left or right relative to the mast without changing that width. When loading a wing-body truck the forks press tight against the neighbouring cargo, leaving no gaps and using the full trailer space.
