Closed pallet handling, built in
Standard flatbed AGVs stop at open pallets. The FB-2000R raises its load wheels so the forks can slide under a closed-bottom pallet, then lifts the load clear of the floor. The sequence runs in five steps:
- Forks lowered to minimum position
- Load wheels raised; auxiliary wheels ground
- Forks cross longitudinal and cross beams to insert
- Load wheels lowered; auxiliary wheels reset
- Forks raised; cargo lifted — transport complete
612 mm Short Body
At just 612 mm without forks and 873 mm wide, the FB-2000R enters staging areas and aisles that counterbalance trucks cannot reach. A 1428 mm turning radius and 2060 mm right-angle stacking aisle keep goods flowing through dense layouts.
Laser SLAM, Zero Infrastructure
The FB-2000R builds its own facility map with laser scanners and navigates without reflectors, magnetic strips, or floor markers. Routes update through the fleet management software in minutes, so changing a layout does not mean downtime or new hardware.
Dual Charging, 6–8 Hour Runtime
A 24 V / 105 Ah lithium battery delivers 6 to 8 hours of continuous operation. Manual and automatic charging are both supported, and a full recharge takes less than 2 hours, so the robot returns to service between shifts with minimal interruption.

Some common questions and answers
Standard flatbed forklifts only lift open (Chuan) pallets. The FB-2000R also lifts closed (Tian) pallets, whose solid bottom deck blocks conventional forks.
The load wheels raise so the forks slide under the pallet's bottom deck, then lower to lift and carry the load. The sequence is fully automatic.
